The mystery box is full of vegetarian delicious products. With these products you will make a delicious dish during this workshop. During this workshop you will be working with a culinary mystery box full of ingredients from the vegetarian kitchen where we will let our creativity run wild together. In any case, the chef will make sure that everything is in it so that we can come to a colorful and tasty whole. We challenge you to go ahead without any recipes. Together with those ingredients on the spot we will come up with new creations. Shouldn't it all work out one two three...? Don't worry. The chef can always think along and in case of a serious emergency there is always our "rescue recipe" available. But... we first try to transform the contents of the mystery box into a tasty whole with our own senses, curiosity and creativity, with surprising new combinations.

What happens if I scrape a carrot into oblong slices, briefly blanch it, grill it and then put it in a marinade with olive oil, fresh red pepper and garlic? And if I do that with slices of potato or sweet potato? Or with a few mushrooms? What if I replace the garlic with ginger? Or do I add beetroot juice to the dressing? Or I drizzle the beetroot marinade/dressing over a scoop of fresh goat cheese and sprinkle it with some roasted and crushed sesame seeds and put some parsley in the blender with some oil and lemon juice and use that green oil to decorate? And then I put that grilled and marinated carrot and those mushrooms around it!
