This Queen of Europe, Constance Marie, is an elegant lady of high descent. She comes with her lady in court and two security guards to open a new building or make an announcement; she knights, she praises, she cuts ribbons and she worships with her visit.

When she arrives, the European anthem sounds over the heads of the audience. The Queen speaks her speech, which starts spontaneously and yet very seriously. After a few minutes, however, the lady of the court comes up with the idea of translating it into sign language; she does this so absurdly that it appears that the whole room is roaring with laughter. Thinking they've had it all, the security guards start interfering as well. Flags that start to fly, bombs that go off, in short a dike of an opening act.
