The other day in a Pantein nursing home for the residents suffering from dementia, Dieke and I were given the opportunity to celebrate the Virgin Mary in an experience-oriented way. Because of the corona event this took place outside in their garden, around the statue of Mary standing there. The participants listened attentively to the stories about Mary and prayed along with prayers that were familiar to them. And they sang, from everyone's ability, along with the recognizable songs that were sung beautifully by Dieke. Her charisma, her beautiful gripping singing talent and the choice of the songs fitted in perfectly with the whole. It was a pleasure for me to do this together with Dieke for these fellow men. Definitely a must for institutions to involve Dieke with her singing qualities in special events.

How the residents of a living room in Naarderheem enjoyed your performance. The most beautiful songs were sung there, especially the song Vilja caused some residents and staff to have goose bumps on their arms. But of course the other songs were also beautiful. The atmosphere was slowly built up but just before the end of the performance several residents were dancing and you could see the smiles on their faces. But what was also so nice was that people who were outside for a while and who you heard singing came to your beautiful voice and kept on listening. That way you had even more audience. The performance was possible because a son of a resident had registered his father for a performance through Plugify. A lot of people enjoyed it. And that completely disinterested.
