A workshop where you're on the move. You'll do great parkours. A super fun and sportive workshop! .

Workshop freerunning: also fun as part of a sports day. Freerunning is a well-developed form of 'Le Parkour' that has its roots in France. Here you move as fast as possible from A to B, defying obstacles in all kinds of ways. In this sports workshop freerunning it's all about doing it gracefully, by means of somersaults, backflips and other tricks.

This is one of the many workshops you can book. There are various art, music and dance workshops available from beatboxes to movie fighting and from pimping your sneakers to cheerleading. You can also book various shows such as magic show and cabaret shows. The prices mentioned are excluding VAT and travel expenses.

During our free running workshops you will learn various techniques such as the parkour role, wallflips and various 'vaults'. This will of course be done under expert guidance. Our free-running workshops are not dangerous, but a lot of fun to do. And it is not only instructive, you can also gracefully use your energy in this sports workshop.

The sport workshop Freerunnig or Parcour workshop is suitable for children, adolescents and adults.

The duration of this sports workshop can be tailored to any length, from a single workshop to a complete day. From our experience we like to think along with you. We use a minimum purchase of two hours per day (for example, two one-hour workshops).

If there are tables and chairs in the room, they must be placed outside the room (before our arrival). For schools: think of a gym, auditorium (closed to the public) or large classroom
Attention: in case of several Freerunning workshops one after the other, these should be planned in the same room. Our workshop leader needs to be in the room half an hour before the workshop starts. For the participants, preferably, clothes to move freely in. Think mainly of sporty footwear and trousers, for ladies no skirts or heels.
