The chain reaction program was inspired by the Rube Goldberg machine. This is a mechanical device that works in a complex way to accomplish a simple task.

In groups of 6-8, you will design your own Rube Goldberg-inspired chain reaction. A machine that performs a simple task in a very complex way. From us you will get crates full of useful material to build. This building can be done in two different ways: competitively or collaboratively. You will be divided into smaller teams to make individual Rube Goldberg machines. You can also choose to work together in a larger team to make a BIG one.

This activity requires some serious cooperation and communication skills between employees. Especially if you want to create innovative chain reactions. Participants will have the opportunity to build skills in communication, collaboration and trouble shooting. All while working together to build a seamless device.

Annual events, corporate mergers, team outings or international team integration events are perfect opportunities for this activity.
