During his school days he already played in the school band, later he would play in various bands with different styles of music. Thus, over the years he has built up a wide repertoire which is evident in his versatile set list. Although Roy Oostweegel had been involved with music for years, he had not previously made the step to a solo career.That came in 2016, when he decided to continue on his own as an entertainer. In addition to a full-time job, he performs every weekend, each time for a different enthusiastic audience. The passion for music and entertainment radiates to all present in the hall, or cozy on the street during a fair. This entertainer at heart does not always need a stage to entertain the audience.
